Flips#3

Last Week my goal was to land a side flip on my knees and i Landed on my knees but this week i am going to try to Land a side flip on my Feet     

Reflection:i Started trying front flips on my feet and I landed them very easily  But this week i am going to try to land a side flip on my feet but anyway i am going very well
